 This is suitable if you have done some beginner lessons or you are familiar with the water a bit more than nothing at all - you do not need to be perfect but you are a bit more comfortable being in the water and need to improve. 

Please bring the following:

• Towel
• Goggles
• Swimming Costume
• Change of clothes
• Slippers/Sliders for poolside
• Swimming Cap 
• Dry bag (for your wet items after swimming)
