Refund policy

 

Once payment has been made for courses, no refunds will be given under any circumstances. Lessons are non-transferable and non-refundable.

No refunds will be offered in the case of circumstances outside the control of GRL SWM such as Government lockdowns, anything related to Covid-19, adverse weather conditions, power interruption, and ‘act of god’ as deemed to be contractually outside of GRL SWM control.

In the event a client is unable to attend lessons due to sickness or holiday, GRL SWM is unable to refund lesson fees as fees secure the length of term agreed at the time of booking – typically this is a full term of 6 weeks.

We take photos and videos of our lessons as this is mandatory for our business needs - if you do not wish to have your video or photo taken please let us know to opt out.

If for any reason a lesson is cancelled by GRL SWM, we will endeavour to make this lesson up. This may be outside of the date range given at the start of term when booking. We will reschedule the lesson(s) In no case shall our liability to you exceed the fee you paid to us for the current term.
