Our Courses
TOTAL BEGINNER
This is where we start from the very beginning.
Our Total Beginner course is for anyone who feels nervous or completely new to swimming. Over six weeks, we’ll help you build confidence in the water at a pace that feels manageable, while introducing the foundations you need to start moving more independently.
We’ll work on breathing, floating, body position, kicking and simple stroke movements, as well as getting comfortable in both shallow and deeper water.
Choose Total beginner if:
You’ve never learned to swim, or have very little experience
You feel anxious or uncomfortable in the water
You’re not yet confident floating or kicking independently
You haven’t swum for a long time and want to start again from the foundations
Deep water feels intimidating
You want a supportive space to build confidence from scratch
BEGINNER- ISH
Beginner-ish is for swimmers who already have some basic skills and want a little more time, practice and support before moving up. We’ll focus on helping you feel more comfortable swimming independently, improving your technique, building stamina and getting more confident in the water.
You’ll work on things like body position, breathing, stroke technique and coordination, while gradually building up the distance you can swim without feeling rushed or overwhelmed.
This level is about turning “I can swim a bit” into “I actually feel confident doing this.”
Choose Beginner-ish if:
You can float and kick independently at 10 meters
You can swim a short distance without assistance
You know some basic strokes, but your technique still feels a little messy
You want to improve your breathing and coordination
You’re still building confidence in deeper water
You’re not quite ready for Intermediate yet
INTERMEDIATE, INNIT?
You’re comfortable in the water. You can swim a full length. Now it’s time to make it feel stronger and more intentional.
Intermediate Innit? is for swimmers who already have the basics down and want to improve technique, build stamina and feel more confident swimming longer distances. We’ll focus on refining your front crawl, backstroke and breaststroke, while helping you become more efficient with your breathing, pacing and body position.
You’ll also start working on the bits that make swimming feel more complete, things like starts, turns, dives and deep end swimming.
Choose this level if:
You can swim at least 25m continuously
You’re comfortable swimming in deep water
You already have some experience with front crawl, backstroke and breaststroke
You want to improve your technique rather than learn from scratch
You want to build stamina and swim longer distances with more ease
You’re ready to work on pacing, turns and more advanced skills
