Date & Time: Every Sunday evening, 8.30-9.30pm.

Please note this location cannot guarantee female lifeguards as sometimes male lifeguards will be on site if this is imperative for you please do not book this location. 

We sometimes film and take photography with mobile phones to capture the lessons.

Please bring the following:

• Towel
• Goggles
• Water Bottle
• Swimming Costume
• Change of clothes
• Slippers/Sliders for poolside
• Swimming Cap 
• Dry bag (for your wet items after swimming)
